Why Haibung VDC in Sindhupalchowk?
I am an entrepreneur based in Kathmandu, Nepal. My company makes hand knotted Nepalese carpets, and the company’s scholarship program guarantees education to all of our weavers’ children. 150 students have graduated from our program and 61 are currently enrolled. My current mission - #ProjectHaibung.
I am a Category & Shopper Insights Analyst at Henkel. There is no greater gift in life than being able to give back. As a Nepalese, I know there has been no better time than this to give back to my motherland. I am willing to put all my effort in to achieve our goal of positively touching lives of our countrymen in whatever way possible.
I work as IT Infrastructure Support at Hall and Prior. I believe that being a part of society means reaching out to help unprivileged people. That is the least we can offer them. I would like to help where I can, as much as I can and make a difference.
I am a Software developer at RentalCover / Carrentals. I have always wanted to do something good for the community in whatever way possible, and am hoping it will add up to something good.
I am a DevOps Engineer at Rackspace. I’ve always been motivated to support underprivileged children. The scale of catastrophe caused by the recent earthquakes in Nepal is staggering. It's really heart-wrenching to hear the children’s stories, and I want to do whatever I can to help them.
