Grinnell For Nepal is a campaign started by the Nepali students at Grinnell College to raise awareness about the devastation caused by the earthquake and to fundraise for the rehabilitation process in Nepal. We are partnering with Nepal Ko Yuwa, a US 501(c)3 non-profit organization which is building a movement of young leaders in Nepal, to launch the Nepal Rising campaign for long term relief and rehabilitation following the earthquake.
For immediate relief, we are sending funds to local NGOs and hospitals, namely Aarogya Foundation and Nidan Hospital that are providing medical treatment and supplies such as food, water, and temporary shelter for victims of the earthquake in Kathmandu as well as in rural areas of Nepal.
If you are unable to donate we hope you will continue sharing information about the Nepal earthquake and encourage others to donate by sharing this website with your friends and families within and beyond the Grinnell community.
